Pace Yourself

Playing games and entering free drawings are some of the perks to being a TripleClicks member. Numerous times per week, I open up my SFI home page and see that I have won prizes or points towards building my business. What a great feeling!

With only a month into my business, I have already made huge strides towards success, and I am already looking forward to my first commission amount. It seems like such little effort goes into building this business, but that also may be due to the fact that I am thoroughly enjoying all of the time that I put into it. I consider this a personal mission that I am embarking on, and I am anxious to see how much I can accomplish in a short amount of time.

I am struggling to pace myself for my accomplishments because I know that like with any business, it is going to take time, lots of effort, and eventually investment in order to grow a successful business. The greatest thing I have found with SFI is that it is free to join, and they provide so many free marketing tools and aids, that I can literally go for months without worrying about investing if I so choose. 

I read constantly every day to gain knowledge of the best way to approach affiliate marketing, and I visit SFI's Forum at least hourly and read all of the questions and answers that are provided by other affiliates. We have such a great group of people who have different levels of success, but all of them are building every day and sharing their experience and advice with all others that may still be new to marketing. This information is priceless to my success, and I am so glad to be a part of such a great system of people.

My People

Besides trying my best to start up my own online business, I absolutely love spending time with my family. They are my world, and I will do anything I can to give them a better life. Things are really starting to look up for our family now, and I am positive that by this time next year, with all of my hard work, my kids will have plenty of income flowing in, long after my husband and I are gone. This is actually attainable now as I reach for the life goals that I have set for myself, and with the help of God, I can do all things through Him.

I was so excited today logging into my business site! I can't believe that I am part of such a cool group of people. I don't mean to keep going on and on about this, but what I stumbled across is seriously amazing. 

I discovered that I am actually capable of working online by using all of the free training videos, and venturing so far out of my league that it's unbelievable. I'm pretty sure that I have read and researched more in the past two days than I did in all of my years of schooling, but I know that my time and energy will be greatly rewarded. If I can do this, anyone can do it.

My Fortune Solution

I grew up in a small tourist town in Michigan, with both parents, and three older siblings. My parents raised us with an excellent work ethic, and to make the best of the day that God had given us.

I remember seeing my Dad go to work when he obviously wasn't feeling good, and he never even considered calling in sick for the day, and he never once complained of the ailments that were afflicting him.

My Mom would often say that we were fortunate that our parents had jobs, since some people weren't able to work, and others couldn't find work. We were all taught to be grateful for what we had, and to try and help others in need when possible.

If there is one thing I wish my parents would have taught me, it would be how to manage money properly, and to save and invest for the future. By the time I realized that this would be a very beneficial skill to have as an adult, I also realized that my parents were never taught by their parents either. Suddenly, I wanted to educate myself on the subject so that I could pass it on to my own children.

Living paycheck to paycheck is the reason that I started an online business. I am now earning a living, and sharing that experience with everyone I know that has also struggled just to live. Tomorrow is never guaranteed, so make today count.

I'm Always Learning

I am quickly learning this internet thing, and I love every minute of it. I now have my own affiliate marketing business, a blog, and a domain name that is specific to my needs :) My next venture is to create my own webpage where I can add my personal touches, along with my business opportunities for others to take advantage of.

Since I am not a very tech savvy person in general, I have joined a few groups that are great for support and advice. There really are so many great people online that are more than willing to help with many different things, and they are so genuine about offering their services just to be helpful. I have had total strangers offer to help me build a website for free, and assist me in any coding that would be required to make the website serve my intended purpose.
I'm not really sure what this blog thing is all about, because I find my life quite boring and very simple. I don't go on vacations, I don't have fancy dinner parties to talk about, I just have Friday nights at home with my kids making homemade pizza and watching Netflix. Not very exciting, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. My husband, my kids, and my grandson are my life. I keep plenty busy spending time with them and running them all over the place, and catering to every desire that my sweet little grandson has....lol

I'm definitely excited about trying to build my own website. I have experimented with building one from simple templates online, and I have high hopes to make one that is just right to portray the business opportunity that I can offer, as well as gaining new friends through communication and discussions on personal ways that different people have found satisfaction in their own online ventures.

I hope to connect with many more great people online and make some great friendships in the process.
