Shopping! The Easy Way!

Today I spent my morning deciding what I needed to make my business organized so I could easily keep track of my progress. While most things will be done online, I still prefer to write everything down also, and keep it all together in a nice little folder....lol For any one concerned about the paper usage, I will be going through the files when I don't need them for reference anymore, and I always shred them and recycle :)
My body gets sore very quickly while out shopping, so I decided to stay home and check out the products online.  As part of my new business, I have found a great website that offers over 90,000 products. There are so many cool items here, and it is so simple to use. Most items offer free shipping. BONUS!!!

Start With a Plan

Starting any business can be scary, but if you know what you are doing, or at least have some idea of what needs to be done, it is also very exciting. I strongly recommend creating a business plan that includes a budget that you want to work with. You don't need a “Legal” business plan to succeed, you just need to get your basic ideas and plans of how to operate your business, down on paper. It is a fact that when goals or plans are in writing, and you look at them periodically, you are more likely to keep trying to achieve those goals.

You first need to think about who would be interested in your product, or opportunity. Make a list of possible targets, and continue building on that list as you discover more groups that could benefit from what you have to offer. Many times, you may have multiple items that you are trying to promote, and you will have different targets for each individual product or opportunity. Use your knowledge to your advantage, and constantly research for different ways to market to each group of people.

Once you know your targeted groups, then it is time to start marketing your products. With the digital world that we live in, much of this can be done online at various websites, such as free classified ad sites, traffic exchanges, and social media. Safelists are also a great way to build a list of possible affiliates, and there are many places online if you choose to pay for your advertising. As long as you remember who your targeted group is, you want to make sure to advertise where these people will be looking. With all marketing techniques, try to keep track of where the traffic came from, so you know what ads and what places are getting you the most prospects. Don't forget about the face to face contact, and the many things that can be done without sitting in front of your computer. The postal service is still a great way to get the word out about what you have to offer, as well as hanging up fliers in grocery stores, break rooms, gyms, and many other places where many people come and go. You can hand out business cards to large social events, or even ask a local merchant if you can leave a stack of them on their counter for people to take. Be creative when promoting your product, but never pressure someone that is simply inquiring about what you have to offer. Give them the information they need, and offer further assistance if they have any more questions. Being too pushy may turn them off completely.

Get contact information from people that show interest, so you can contact them periodically and see if they have any more questions about your offers. Send them an occasional e-mail telling them about something new that is happening, or a new product that you think they would enjoy. Think of how you would want to be approached, and how often, before you force your product on somebody that is undecided.

If you are looking for affiliates to join your team, try giving them a small gift such as a magnet with your contact information, or an ink pen or note pad with your business logo and e-mail address on it. Often times, giving small things that they will use or see on a regular basis, will make them more comfortable with the opportunity that they were given, and they may investigate what it is all about just out of curiosity. Word of mouth can work for you, or against you, so always present yourself in a professional manner. Don't ever fabricate the advantages or the amount of income that will be made, and stick with the truth and the positives that are a guarantee.

Tech Savvy Momma

I spent my morning building my online business, and I actually feel like I accomplished something. Although I attended college to get a certificate in "Computer Applications Specialist", I am quite uncomfortable with my abilities to work online. I know the basics of a computer, and I can send and receive e-mails, but beyond those skills, I am forced to research how to accomplish my desired tasks.
Today I started by registering for a new domain name, and the "Online Chat" personnel through GoDaddy was extremely helpful. I told him the name I wanted, what I wanted the site to do, and he set it all up for me for just $12.17/year. I was so excited to get this step of my business plan accomplished, and now I feel ready to move onto the next step.
I am enjoying logging into SFI daily and receiving any help that I could possibly need to build my business. I can't even imagine how difficult this would be if I didn't have the tools at my finger tips, or if it cost me every time I needed more information on how to build a successful business. SFI provides me with all of the tools, training, and a great community to assist with any questions that may arise on this journey to independence.
If you would like to check out my page, please visit me at myfortunesolution.com and see what this is all about. If you have the time and the effort to put into it, you will succeed.
I may not know all of what I will need to know in the future, but at least I'm getting a good start at it, and I am determined to carry on and help as many other individuals as I can to also reach their lifetime goal.

Find Your Target

Who is your target for SFI sign-ups?

Retired individuals looking to earn residual income.
Stay at home parents with time to spend.
Webmasters that are online all the time anyway.
Single parents that could use a little extra cash.
College students that have some time and need some extra cash.

What can you offer them?

It's always FREE.
All the tools and training materials are provided for them.
Multiple ways to earn.
Fun games and drawings daily.
Unlimited support.
90,000 + Products at TripleClicks.
You offer them YOU!...The best leader you can be!

Who are your targets for TripleClicks sales?

Your target can be whoever you make it. For instance, create your own collection at TripleClicks for vitamins and supplements, and advertise them to your local gym.

Create a collection of camping items, and advertise on social media for all of your friends that enjoy frequent camping weekends throughout the summer.

We are now half way through the year and many people will want to start Christmas shopping early. Create a collection of items that would be great gifts for anyone that is on their list, or create multiple collections geared to specific genders, or age groups.

Who are your ECA targets?

I recently ordered the post cards through TripleClicks so I can hand them out to possible ECA's. I go to a local flea markets and hand them out to the vendors there, and I am also visiting arts/craft shows and handing them out there. I take my time at each station and look at the products offered and engage them in small talk, before I hand them my post card and tell them that I think they could make some great sales using TripleClicks.

I have visited a couple of small town shops that carry multiple items for sale, and after looking around, I talk with them and find out if they want some internet sales added to their current sales. I then hand them the post card and wait for sign-ups.
Just like with any sales, you are going to have to present yourself in a way that the person likes you, and wants to know what you have to offer. Be personable and friendly, and let prospective affiliates know that you are here to assist them once they begin.

There are no guarantees that even though you are doing what you can do to be the best sponsor, that your sign ups or prospective ECA's will follow through and do something great. All you can do is keep trying, and if things don't seem to be working for you, change your techniques and try something new.
